Vendor Application

Bull Dog Market & Masterpieces is calling all artists, crafters, and small business owners to apply to be a vendor at our 2nd annual event! We are seeking a wide variety of vendors, from bakers to painters, boutiques to candle makers, and everything in between to join us on Saturday, April 18th from 10 am to 3 pm as we honor & celebrate the creatives in our community!

Each accepted vendor will be provided with their selected booth space, with electricity available upon request. All other materials including tables, chairs, and displays are the responsibility of the individual vendor.

To maintain a balanced shopping experience, only one vendor per direct sales/MLM company will be accepted (for example: one Scentsy consultant, one Pampered Chef consultant, etc.). A limited number of vendors will be accepted in other categories, and similar booth types will be thoughtfully spaced throughout the event.

This event is hosted at a public high school and is open to all ages. For this reason, all items sold or displayed must be school-appropriate. Items featuring profanity, political messaging, or references to drugs or alcohol will not be permitted.

As part of the booth fee, accepted vendors are asked to donate one item valued at approximately $20 to be included in our silent auction baskets. This item should be brought with you and dropped off at the check-in table during vendor setup. To help us thoughtfully curate each basket, vendors are asked to indicate the donated item on their application so it can be placed in the appropriate basket.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will remain open until all vendor spaces are filled or until February 27, whichever comes first. Accepted vendors will be notified via email no later than March 6. A payment link will be included in the acceptance email and must be completed within one week to secure your spot. Unpaid spots after that time may be offered to another applicant.

Additional event details (including setup times, event hours, and logistics) will be shared with accepted vendors closer to the event date.
